The State of the System

Mind: Numb.  Long day at work, making sure that people can cover for me while I go to training tomorrow.
Body: Tired (see above).  Did have a nice spinach pie for lunch, and some yummy soup for dinner.
Spirit: Cranky, and a little depressed.  I think I need my geek batteries recharged.
