I've been tagged!!!

Since I can't refuse a friend, I've dusted off this journal for this meme:

List 5 reasons you are a dork. And make them good reasons. Justify them. Explain them. Be loud and proud of how big a dork you are! Then pick the 5 biggest dorks you know and have them do the same.

This is actually quite easy, frighteningly enough.

1) I've had letters printed in several comic books, up to and including most of the lettercol for the final issue of DC's ORION comic. Oddly enough, nearly all the comics have involved either Walter or Weezie Simonson.

2) I was Tuckerized in the same Andromeda novel as black13 (who tagged me).

3) I am probably one of the first people to write Marvel fanfic online, back in the late 80's, on the old GMAST-L mailing list.

4) I KNOW I'm the first person to do a Babylon 5 tech file. Indeed, one or two websites out there still give me credit for the work. :)

5) I co-wrote one of the longest (and silliest) self-insertion anime fanfics on the Net, the infamous OTAKU RISING series, which was immortalized with the following reference in another work:

"We tried to make them read OTAKU RISING, but they all went insane" :)
