What can I say about call_me_robert that hasn't already been said?

I'm not sure, but I'll try anyway.

Robert is my brother, my partner, and my friend. Despite being not only a construction worker but also a management type, he's the most compassionate, the most empathic man I know. Equally at ease talking about his kids (especially his little Bunkin) as dropping single entendres, he's a bright light in my day.

What I love the most about him, tho, is his honesty. If he sees me doing something stupid or self-destructive, he has no qualms about calling me on it, in no uncertain terms. More than once, his statements have pulled me off a course that could have left me in shambles, and I can never thank him enough for it.

When kadymae named us Heterosexual Life Partners, it was more or less a joke...but one afternoon, Robert called me at work. And the fact that he trusted me, chose me, to help him share that burden made the partnership real.

Robert recently became engaged, and I can only say that she's a lucky woman, because she'll be sharing her life with one of the finest men I've ever had the privilege to know.
