So, lightning struck a tree in front of our house last night.  Nobody was hurt, but the resulting power surge (don't ask me how, maybe the squirrels were stealing our cable) fried our water filter, our sprinkler system, one of our garage doors,  two TV's.... and the connection between my iBook and my cable modem..

Wahhhhh....

(The good news: Insurance company covers lightning damage.  May get new iBook out of deal.  Can't stop talking like Rorshach.  Hrm)

I wouldn't worry about the Rorschach thing myself if it wasn't for that ink blot mask you insist on wearing. Thing's all sweaty and likely to cause zits, you know.
